Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master who can effectively support Agile teams while having a strong understanding of Security and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator and highly skilled in Jira setup and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a solid understanding of Security and DevOps concepts and practices
Effectively communicate and collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams
Configure and manage Jira workflows and dashboards to ensure accurate and efficient reporting
Design reporting dashboards that provide clear insights without overwhelming leadership
Ensure reporting structures minimize or eliminate the need for rework
Key Requirement:
Strong expertise in Jira configuration and reporting dashboards is critical for this role
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and Security concepts
Hands-on experience with Jira configuration , workflows, and dashboard/reporting setup
Proven ability to create clear, concise reports for leadership without unnecessary complexity
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working closely with developers and cross-functional teams
Scrum certifications such as CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or equivalent are preferred
