Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

• Provide general administrative support to the team.
• Handle phone calls and emails professionally and promptly.
• Assist with scheduling, data entry, and file organization.
• Follow directions and take accurate dictation when needed.
• Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Deliver excellent customer service to clients and team members.
• Manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish (required).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skill.
• Able to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
• Great time management and organizational abilities.
• Flexible availability, including opening and closing shifts.
• Prior administrative or office experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation (Preferred).

Schedule:

• 15 to 20 hours per week.
• Flexible schedule; availability to adapt to business needs is preferred.
