Educational Partner (Tutor & Academic Mentor)

Our Educational Partners do more than help students complete assignments—they build confidence, strengthen executive functioning skills, foster independence, and create meaningful relationships that support long-term success.

We're looking for exceptional educators who are passionate about helping students grow academically and personally. Whether working with an elementary student building foundational skills, a middle school student developing organization and study habits, or a high school student preparing for advanced coursework, our Educational Partners meet students where they are and help them move forward with confidence.

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one academic support tailored to each student's strengths, needs, and goals.
• Help students develop executive functioning skills, organization, study strategies, and independent learning habits.
• Build positive, encouraging relationships with students while maintaining high expectations.
• Communicate professionally with parents regarding student progress and next steps.
• Prepare for sessions and adapt instruction based on each student's learning style.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure students receive thoughtful, consistent support.
• Maintain professionalism, reliability, and confidentiality in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Experience working with students through teaching, tutoring, mentoring, coaching, or a related educational role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation for in-person assignments, when applicable.
• Teaching credential or degree in education is welcomed but not required. We value exceptional educators from a variety of backgrounds who demonstrate strong instructional skills and a commitment to student growth.

Position Details

• Part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling.
• In-person and remote opportunities available based on student needs.
• Hourly compensation starting at $40–$50 , depending on experience, qualifications, and assignment.
• Opportunities to grow with the company as additional students and services become available.
