Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Assembly Line Worker, where you'll contribute to the production of snow blowers and lawnmowers. This fast-paced role is perfect for individuals who thrive in manufacturing environments and are comfortable meeting deadlines. You will receive a comprehensive three-day orientation and training, with plenty of opportunities to learn on the job.

Responsibilities

• Gather and inspect parts such as frames, gearboxes, handles, augers, wheels, and engine mounts.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and torque equipment to assemble components like auger housings for snow blowers and deck assemblies for lawn mowers.
• Verify alignment, torque specifications, and fit to ensure compliance with standards.
• Follow standard work instructions and maintain accurate records of completed assemblies.
• Wear personal protective equipment and adhere to safety protocols during assembly and equipment operation.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.

Essential Skills

• Experience with hand and power tools is preferred.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for 8–10 hours continuously.
• Manual dexterity for positioning parts and performing fine manipulation.
• Capability to lift up to 35 lbs. frequently.
• Mechanical assembly skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Prior assembly/blueprint experience is preferred.
• Experience in shop class, woodworking, or personal assembly projects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without excessive stress.

Work Environment

Work Monday to Thursday from 4:30AM-2:30PM OR 2:30 PM to 12:30 AM on a fast-paced manufacturing floor. Engage in repetitive tasks with opportunities for cross-training while emphasizing teamwork and continuous improvement.

This is a Permanent position based out of Brillion, WI.

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $45760.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Brillion,WI.

This position is anticipated to close on Mar 31, 2026.
