Job Description

Job Summary:


- Position: Entry Level Supply Chain Associate (6-month assignment)
- Schedule: Up to 40 hours/week, Hybrid (3 days onsite)
- Start Date: ASAP



Key Responsibilities:
- Support supply chain processes including inventory management, forecasting, planning, order management, credit management, and assembly
- Engage in continuous improvement activities and special projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments
- Utilize and generate reports from supply chain systems (SAP, Power BI preferred)
- Assist with general administrative and supply chain generalist tasks



Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (recent graduates, within last few years)
- 2-4 years of relevant supply chain experience
- Strong analytical skills; Engineering degree is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); SAP and Power BI experience is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence
- Self-motivated, strong work ethic, high sense of confidentiality
- Customer service orientation with ability to escalate issues appropriately
- Ability to work independently and maintain composure under pressure
