Description:
We are seeking a senior Scrum Master to lead the Agile sprint process in the Cyber Data Operations team within ISDAD. This individual facilitates Agile development practices and ensures Scrum processes are followed. Responsibilities: Lead Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers, coach teams on Agile principles. Skills: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), strong communication and leadership skills. This person MUST be technical and understand the SDLC process - a plus if they have a developer background or data analyst background as we are in an Azure DataBricks environment. Any exposure to SQL and relational databases is a must. Proficient in Python a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret data in a business context. Effective communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
