responsibilities:

• Site Supervision & Quality Control: Oversee daily execution of work by all crew members and subcontractors to ensure strict compliance with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Schedule & Progress Management: Develop initial project schedules, maintain them weekly, and proactively communicate look-ahead needs or deficiencies to the Project Manager.

• Safety Leadership: Conduct daily safety checks, manage site-specific checklists, enforce OSHA compliance, and facilitate weekly safety Toolbox Talks.

• Project Documentation: Complete daily construction logs, track labor and material expenses, take weekly progress photos, and update as-built drawings.

• Stakeholder Communication: Lead weekly subcontractor pre-construction and jobsite meetings while maintaining open communication with owners, architects, and engineers.
