Overview
Physical Therapist (Travel – Temporary Assignment) in Baltimore, Maryland, US. Start date 05/11/2026 for a 13-week assignment. Weekly pay range is $1,455–$1,509 per week, with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Shift: 5x8 days. Setting: hospital/acute care environment. Licensed supervision will be provided by a Physical Therapist during patient care.

Responsibilities
- Under supervision of a licensed physical therapist, assist patients in reaching maximum physical potential per the Maryland Physical Therapy Practice Act
- Deliver appropriate therapeutic interventions to treat patients and support functional recovery
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care planning
- Demonstrate competency treating multiple patient populations within the acute care setting, including at least one high-risk population
- Monitor and document patient progress using standardized assessments; communicate changes to the supervising therapist
- Manage an average caseload per productivity standards and maintain proficient EMR documentation

Requirements
- Active Maryland license as Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- 1+ year PTA experience
- Acute care experience highly preferred
- BLS (American Heart Association) certification required
- COVID-19 vaccine required (declinations not accepted)
- EMR proficiency and basic computer skills
