What You'll Be Doing

• Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Manage sprint execution and help teams stay on track with commitments
• Maintain and refine the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders
• Ensure all work is properly tracked and updated in Azure DevOps
• Monitor sprint progress using dashboards and metrics (velocity, burn-down, etc.)
• Identify and remove impediments that impact team productivity
• Maintain clear traceability from requirements through delivery
• Support release tracking and coordination across teams
• Help integrate governance and compliance-related work into sprint cycles
• Coach team members on Agile practices and help improve team maturity over time

Must Have Requirements:

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
• Experience managing sprint backlogs and facilitating Scrum ceremonies
• Ability to maintain audit-ready tracking and traceability
• Proven experience identifying and resolving impediments

Nice to Have Requirements:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
• Familiarity with ADO dashboards, sprint metrics, and release tracking
• Ability to work across both technical and governance-focused teams
• Experience coaching teams and improving Agile adoption
• Exposure to public sector or health data modernization initiatives
