As a Packaging Operator, you will ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in all packaging operations while supporting team productivity and adherence to standard procedures. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; associate degree or higher encouraged
• 1–3 years of manufacturing or related experience
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and share best practices

What You’ll Do as a Packaging Operator:

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all safety protocols
• Complete daily and weekly tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Monitor and troubleshoot packaging equipment to ensure continuous operation
• Perform product quality inspections using basic lab equipment
• Maintain accurate documentation for inventory, inspections, sanitation, and production processes
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership through meetings and reports
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and lubrication of equipment and work areas
• Report safety concerns or equipment issues promptly
• Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all plant policies
