We're seeking a Business Systems Analyst with hands‑on experience in Dynamics NAV or Business Central who wants to grow into a senior analyst or systems lead role. You'll gain exposure to live ERP and CRM environments, real projects, and the latest Microsoft stack-working closely with business leaders and IT stakeholders as the company upgrades from NAV to D365 BC (cloud).

What You'll Do

* Support, configure, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV
* Assist with ERP and CRM implementations, upgrades, and optimizations
* Gather and document business requirements from internal stakeholders
* Write functional specifications and support testing of system enhancements
* Provide day‑to‑day support and troubleshooting for ERP and CRM users
* Participate in project‑based initiatives (process improvements, integrations, reporting)
* Create user documentation and assist with end‑user training
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Finance, Operations, Sales, IT)
* Stay current on Microsoft Dynamics best practices and new capabilities

Role Breakdown

* ~50% user support
* ~40% project‑based initiatives
* ~10% administrative and documentation work

What We're Looking For

* 3+ years of experience working with an ERP system
(Dynamics NAV or Business Central strongly preferred)
* Experience supporting or working alongside ERP or CRM users
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
* Comfortable working with business users and translating requirements
* Exposure to SQL or data analysis tools is a plus
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint)
* Highly motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable
* Authorized to work in the United States (background check required)
