Management Analyst V - Business Analyst
Position Description
CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst V (Business Analyst) to support EOIR/AD in Falls Church, VA.
Your future duties and responsibilities
. Support the EOIR Administration organization by identifying business challenges, analyzing operational processes, and delivering data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency, transparency, and performance.
Required Technical Skills
. Cross-functional process mapping (As-Is & To-Be)
. Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
. Eliciting, documenting, and validating business requirements
. Developing performance metrics
. Report design
. Business case development
. Workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement
. Analysis of alternatives
. Process auditing and control assessment
. Root cause analysis
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
. Bachelor's degree.
. Minimum of four years of experience in process improvement or quality assurance.
. Proficiency in Visio, Excel Functions, SharePoint, and Power BI
. Ability to successfully complete the CGI Background Investigation to include: 50 State Education and Employment checks; additionally, your ability to successfully complete a Credit and/or Driving Records check may be conducted if required by the contract for continued employment
. Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship and an ability to obtain an MRPT clearance is required
Hourly Rate: $52.76/hour
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to: skill set level, relevant experience and training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
