LEAD SIGN INSTALLER
GREAT OPPORTUNITY for an experienced Lead Sign Installer with 5+ years experience .
* 5+ years of experience installing exterior signs REQUIRED .
* Valid Driver's License required, Crane Certification preferred, but not required.
* Crane, Forklift, Bucket Truck Experience required .
* Experience with vinyl, electrical, monuments, etc. and not afraid of heights.
* Good at leading and mentoring a team.
* Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints or construction drawings.
* High Attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
Responsibilities | Lead Sign Installer
* Installation and Lead a Team of Installers to install signs and various support structures. This includes the drilling and pouring of concrete foundations.
* Completes all paperwork as required by management such as work orders, material lists, etc.
* Ensures signs, pipe and other related materials are loaded and secured properly and safely.
* Performs general maintenance on company trucks and equipment. This includes the general appearance both inside and outside, as well as general care and security of company vehicles and equipment.
* Performs necessary housekeeping activities; this includes, but is not limited to, the picking up of all debris that results from installation activities, proper storage of all materials and equipment when they are not in use as well as all other materials which may be offensive or hazardous.
* Demonstrates flexibility in work hours to include availability for overtime hours as required by management.
* Be able to safely and efficiently perform the physical requirements of this position.
* Attend all necessary meetings and training as required.
* Carefully manage and provide security to/for all company resources.
