Job Description

Salary: $80,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a particular emphasis on endpoint security.
• Bachelors degree in a related field preferred or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficient hands-on experience with the CrowdStrike platform (EDR, Firewall, Falcon for IT, ITDR, etc.).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity controls for SaaS solutions, Azure AD, and Azure environments.
• Strong grasp of operating systems (Linux/Windows/Mac) as well as common enterprise platforms (servers, networks, applications, databases, cloud).
• Familiarity with endpoint firewall products and basic principles of network security.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP or other relevant cybersecurity domains are preferred.

• Assist in the deployment and upkeep of advanced Endpoint Security solutions like CrowdStrike, Sky High Web Gateway, and other ICAP scanning tools.
• Monitor and troubleshoot technical challenges related to endpoint protection tools, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to implement security enhancements and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Support the execution of the endpoint security roadmap and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in evaluating new technologies, providing insights on solution design and implementation.
• Ensure comprehensive malware detection coverage across devices capable of CrowdStrike EDR Agent.
• Identify opportunities for automation and help implement automation in Endpoint Security operations.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing among the team.
