**Position: **Industrial Custodian

**Pay: **$16.00

**Shift: **Monday - Friday (7:00am - 3:30pm)

**Location: **Export, PA

Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for preserving the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities, contributing directly to a healthy and welcoming workplace. Required Skills:

• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to use ladders and reach high surfaces safely
• Knowledge of cleaning products and methods
• Awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform multiple cleaning tasks efficiently
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with others and independently

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience in industrial cleaning or building care
• Familiarity with recycling procedures and waste management
• Experience operating cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and buffing machines

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in custodial or industrial cleaning preferred

Other Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical tasks including walking, standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods
• Ability to use step and extension ladders to reach, remove and replace light bulbs, dust walls and ceilings and wipe high surfaces.
• Willingness to work outdoors during inclement weather when necessary
• Ability to work overtime occasionally
• Valid driver’s license is not required but advantageous
