General Laborer $23/hour TWO WEEKS CONTRACT

As a General Laborer, you will be tasked with moving and installing metal fences on a robotics floor to enhance safety procedures. This role requires proficiency with various tools such as drills, impact drivers, screwdrivers, rulers, hammers, and torque wrenches. The position involves heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds repetitively, in a loud and fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Move and install metal fences on the robotics floor to improve safety.
• Use hand and power tools effectively, including drills, impact drivers, and torque wrenches.
• Perform heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds repetitively.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Essential Skills

• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Mechanical inclination and tool proficiency.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Safety consciousness and teamwork skills.

Work Environment

The work environment is a climate-controlled warehouse that can be loud and chaotic. The available shifts are 1st shift from 4:30am to 2:30pm and 2nd shift from 2:00pm to 12:00am, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays. Some flexibility on shift times is required

This is a Contract position based out of Kansas City, KS.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Kansas City,KS.
