Dispatcher / Call Center Representative (Overnight)

Onsite – Menlo Park, CA

Overnight Shift: Wednesday–Sunday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

About the Role

Stanford Health Care’s Facilities team is looking for a reliable and customer‑focused Dispatcher / Call Center Representative to support our overnight (graveyard) shift . In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact when urgent facility issues arise—helping ensure a safe, comfortable, and well‑functioning environment for patients and staff.

When something needs immediate attention—such as a room spill, an air conditioning issue, or a TV not working in a patient’s room—you’ll play a critical role in getting the right help dispatched quickly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Receive and manage a high volume of incoming service requests via phone and system tickets
• Dispatch facility and maintenance teams based on urgency and priority
• Communicate clearly and calmly during time‑sensitive situations
• Accurately document requests and update work orders in real time
• Provide professional, empathetic customer service to hospital staff and clinical partners

What We’re Looking For

• Previous call center experience (high‑volume environment preferred)
• Dispatching experience is a strong plus
• Comfort handling urgent or time‑sensitive requests
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills
• Reliable and comfortable working overnight shifts
• Ability to work fully onsite in Menlo Park

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Menlo Park, CA.

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $31.00/hr.
