Job Description

We are hiring Data Entry Specialist Part time for one of our clients in Phoenix, AZ.

Job Description:

• The Data Entry Specialist will support Maricopa County Department of Public Health with its 2026 Community Health Needs Assessment.
• This position will receive paper surveys that have been completed by community members in either English or Spanish and transcribe them into a digital database.
• The position will also be responsible for quality assurance checks to ensure accurate data entry.

Skills required:

• English and Spanish comprehension (reading and writing)
• Computer / technology skills
• Typing speed.

Skills Preferred:

• Experience in Public Health

Experience Required:

• Two Years Minimum Bilingual in Spanish and English reading and writing
• Data Entry.

Education Required:

• High school diploma or GED

Work hours:

• Hours the assignment will have: 20 hours/week (may exceed based on workload) onsite work only.
• Assignment is not expected to be extended at this time.
