Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to accurately input, update, and maintain company data across various systems. The ideal candidate is efficient, dependable, and committed to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems
• Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies
• Maintain digital and/or physical filing systems
• Generate reports and retrieve data as requested
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
• Communicate with team members to clarify incomplete or inconsistent information
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data entry or administrative support preferred
• Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum WPM requirement if applicable)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace
• Familiarity with database management systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM or ERP systems
• Basic knowledge of data analysis
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
