Key Responsibilities

• Design, curate, and distribute original memes, GIFs, and visual jokes that align with the company’s brand voice.
• Maintain a consistent “vibe” across internal communications, social media channels, and public outreach.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and HR teams to embed humor into campaigns, presentations, and employee‑engagement initiatives.
• Stay abreast of emerging internet trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Lead “Vibe Sessions” and meme‑creation workshops that promote a playful work environment.
• Track engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments) and refine strategies based on performance data.
• Ensure all content adheres to cultural sensitivity, company policy, and legal standards.
• Act as the primary consultant for colleagues seeking guidance on meme‑appropriate communication.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any interesting discipline (e.g., Communications, Media Studies, Fine Arts, or a self‑taught meme specialist).
• Demonstrated creativity and a strong sense of humor with a portfolio of meme or visual content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with graphic‑design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) and basic video‑editing software.
• Ability to work independently on a contract basis while delivering high‑quality, timely outputs.

Desired Experience

• Up to 5 years of experience creating viral or brand‑aligned comedic content.
• Prior experience in a creative, tech‑focused, or startup environment is advantageous.
• Familiarity with social‑media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Discord) and their meme cultures.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams to integrate humor into marketing or internal communications.
