Salary will be based on the candidate's experience and other job-related factors, in accordance with applicable law.
We are seeking a mid- to senior-level Associate Attorney to join our well-established Trusts, Estates & Wealth Preservation group in beautiful Naples, Florida . This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a highly respected team advising high-net-worth clients on sophisticated estate planning, wealth preservation, and tax strategies.
What You'll Do:
* Draft a wide variety of estate planning documents (wills, trusts, and related instruments)
* Provide strategic legal counsel on wealth preservation and trust structures
* Advise individuals and families on wealth transfer tax strategies
* Design and implement business succession and asset protection plans
* Guide fiduciaries through the administration of estates and trusts
* Prepare and review federal estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns
* Conduct legal research and support estate-related litigation matters
✅ What We're Looking For:
* 4+ years of Trusts, Estates & Wealth Preservation experience (higher levels of experience also welcomed)
* Demonstrated skill in drafting estate planning and trust instruments
* Strong understanding of tax planning and wealth transfer strategies
* Client-focused with excellent communication and judgment
* Florida Bar admission
Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
