Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Amazon Connect Developer to support the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, AWS services, IVR development, call routing, and contact center technologies.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience working with AWS services, including Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex.
Strong understanding of contact center operations, conversation design, and customer interaction workflows.
Experience designing IVRs, call routing logic, and contact flows.
Experience with contact center reporting, analytics, and dashboard development.
Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or React.js.
Strong experience with AWS Lambda.
Hands-on experience with AWS IAM, CloudWatch, and API Gateway.
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer certification.
Experience developing chatbots using Amazon Lex.
Experience integrating CRM platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Zendesk.
Experience integrating APIs and external systems with Amazon Connect.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Knowledge of omnichannel customer communication solutions.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy Amazon Connect contact center solutions.
Build and customize contact flows, IVRs, and routing logic.
Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services including Lambda, Lex, S3, and DynamoDB.
Develop reporting and analytics dashboards.
Ensure security, scalability, and compliance of contact center applications.
Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and support teams.
Troubleshoot and optimize existing Amazon Connect implementations.
