Our Senior Technical Recruiter is accountable for: 

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for software sales and commercial roles. 
• Conduct intake meetings and develop recruiting strategies. 
• Source passive candidates using advanced search techniques. 
• Conduct recruiter interviews and candidate assessments. 
• Present qualified candidates with detailed recommendations. 
• Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the hiring process. 
• Manage multiple open requisitions with competing priorities. 
• Maintain accurate ATS records and recruiting metrics. 
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience. 

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. 
• Experience recruiting software sales or Go-to-Market professionals. 
• Strong sourcing and networking skills. 
• Experience recruiting within technology or SaaS organizations. 
• Excellent stakeholder management skills. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 
• Experience supporting startup or high-growth technology companies. 
• Familiarity with modern ATS and CRM platforms. 
• Experience recruiting both commercial and technical talent.

Compensation & Benefits

The base pay range for this position is $61,575– $102,625 per year . Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
